This privacy summary explains how My Expense Book handles website and app data in the current production build.

Information you provide

When you use My Expense Book, you may provide profile details, account records, categories, transactions, budgets, savings goals, recurring records, split expense information, feedback, contact messages, and reviews.

How data is used

Data is used to provide expense tracking, budgeting, account management, bill splitting, cloud sync, backups, exports, support, and product improvement workflows.

Storage and sync

The app uses browser storage for local continuity and the production backend with Supabase PostgreSQL for signed-in user records, settings sync, website form submissions, and cloud backup snapshots.

Your controls

You can edit app records, export reports, create backups, and contact support for privacy or account questions. Exported files should be stored safely because they may contain personal finance information.
